We are the dynamic trio known as Michael, Stephanie, and Kel. Dr. Dail has given us an assignment that has allowed us to do something that not even we ever thought of doing. We are to become one with Wikipedia. In other words, we are to either submit a completely new article or edit an article on Wikipedia. We have decided to add to an already existing article about code switching. We have heard a lot of things, including facts and misconceptions, regarding code switching, and we find it necessary to research and add our two cents on the importance/significance of code switching in the English classroom. The research we find, along with the facts that we already know to be true based on our own experiences in the English classroom, should make for a great contribution to Wikipedia, and we look forward to sharing it with you! Stay tuned...
